Purpose and independence ChopFlow Boards provides evidence-based reviews and guidance on cutting board sets. Our recommendations are driven by testing and user value, not by advertisers, brands, or affiliates. We do not accept payment for positive coverage, and no brand may preview or approve our conclusions.

Review methodology All product evaluations follow our published How We Test framework, which quantifies three core scores—EdgeKind, PrepFlow, and CareLoad—using repeatable trials. When we deviate or add exploratory tests, we explain why and how.

Sourcing and samples

• Samples may be kept for long-term testing; if not retained, they are returned or donated.
• We avoid conflicts of interest and do not accept gifts that could influence coverage beyond the review unit itself.

Fact-checking and verification Editors verify measurements, specifications, and claims against manufacturer documentation and independent references. We prioritize primary sources, standards bodies, and peer-reviewed materials where relevant (e.g., wood species properties, polymer compliance data).
